What is test automation and why do we need test automation platform?

You can do so by using the OpKey scheduler feature and schedule the same suite to be run on two different test machines which has OpKey Agent installed.

Is there any system requirement for using OpKey?

Ans : Being a web application, OpKey doesn’t require any system requirement but you must have JDK (version 8 or above) installed on your machine. In addition, you need OpKey Execution Agent & OpKey Smart Recorder installed on your machine for execution and recording through OpKey respectively.

Can you execute TC for Selenium on OpKey for QTP?

Ans : Yes, you can execute the same test cases of OpKey on selenium as well on QTP. With its powerful Tool Agnostic technology the OpKey underlying automation engine allows the authored test cases to be executed on any automation tool.

Does OpKey support iframe for web applications?

Ans : Yes, OpKey supports iframe for web applications. The underlying automation tool Selenium WebDriver supports iframe for web applications; so OpKey also supports the same.

How to download OpKey TFS Extension from Cloud?

Ans : You can download OpKey TFS Extension from marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/).

Why do we need to install TFS Extension on TFS?

Ans : Installation of OpKey TFS Extension is required to integrate TFS with OpKey.

How to run OpKey TFS Utility?

Ans : Right click on TFS Utility and click on Run as Administrator. Click on Yes to the appeared popup message. Enter your Server URL, Username and Password and press enter. It will take a while to complete the process. You need to wait until it get completed.
